I’ve always liked geography, and I’ve always enjoyed traveling.  A fairly detailed education in geology and geography, and cultural geography in particular, accentuated my desire to show form as well as function in covering the way earth and sky, people and processes, relate to each other on this biosphere we share.  I’ve traveled the US extensively, and I’m still fascinated by the way the country formed, both geologically and culturally.  I never get tired of water, wind, and sky, and in visually illustrating the way we have evolved within and adapted to those elements.
